On August 10 (Wednesday) at 2:34 20 the customs authorities of the Russian Far East Port Surabyanka Primorye detected high doeses of radiation from Japanese cargo boats.

One of the Japanese cars from the Maizuru harbor boat, coming from Maizuru, Kyoto Perfecture measured above 17 micro Sieverts per hour. The reading is 340 times the normal value. These cars are called back to Japan.
